The House of the Dead: Remake

The House of the Dead: Remake is a remade version of the game introduced in 1997 in arcade platform. A classic arcade rail-shooter receives a whole new entourage and gameplay changes to suit modern gaming standards.

In Europe, the renowned biochemist and geneticist Dr. Curien becomes consumed by an obsession with unlocking the secrets of life and death. Backed by the DBR Corporation and its team of scientists, his behavior grows increasingly erratic and his experiments turn grotesque and inhumane, until his sprawling mansion and laboratory erupt with genetically engineered monsters. On December 18, 1998, AMS agent Thomas Rogan receives a desperate distress call from his fiancée, Sophie Richards, trapped somewhere inside the Curien Mansion. Rogan and his partner, known only as "G", rush to the estate and find it overrun by Curien's horrific creations. Armed with a fallen scientist's journal detailing the creatures and their weaknesses, the two agents fight their way through the nightmare to rescue the survivors and put an end to Curien's madness.
